• You ensure individual, holistic, and resident-oriented care and support that focuses on the quality of life of the residents
• You actively support the residents in maintaining and promoting their existing abilities and involve them in decisions regarding their care
• You recognize early changes in the health status of the residents, document them precisely, and initiate appropriate measures
• You maintain an empathetic and transparent exchange with relatives and contact persons and are available as a competent contact person
• You actively participate in the further development of our care quality and contribute your ideas for process optimization

• A completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or an equivalent, Switzerland-recognized qualification
• Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience in long-term care – re-entrants are also warmly welcome
• You have a big heart for elderly people and value appreciative, empathetic, and resident-centered care
• You enjoy working in a team, are helpful and respectful in dealing with colleagues, and actively contribute to a positive working atmosphere
• Very good German skills are essential for communication with our residents and within the team
