About the job

  • Your main task includes efficient market development/penetration, acquisition of new and support of existing customers
  • You drive the expansion of the "Industrial Weighing" sector through targeted acquisition of projects for our products
  • You conduct product presentations, demos and training sessions with strategically important customers
  • You are responsible for customer satisfaction and provide assistance where necessary in cross-departmental matters
  • Furthermore, you plan and arrange customer appointments, ensure the preparation of offers and maintain customer data in our CRM system
  • Last but not least, you take on technical application support and consulting
  • You have completed technical training as a salesperson, engineer or chemist with in-depth knowledge of weighing and production processes
  • You are characterised by very good skills in selling technically demanding products and have at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Knowledge from the food and/or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
  • You are an open and dynamic personality who is well acquainted with the industrial production environment and has a strong affinity for software and automation solutions
  • As a point of contact for our customers, you are a service-oriented, dynamic and competent contact person
  • You have fluent German skills as well as very good knowledge of French
  • Depending on the position, we offer flexible working hours with a hybrid working model and attractive training opportunities
  • We have a 40-hour week with at least 25 days holiday plus 4 – 7 bridge days per year
