About the job

Fresh and seasonal dishes are offered daily in the SIX staff restaurant. Our guests can help themselves from a large selection throughout the day. To complement our team, we are looking for a service- and front-oriented personality who enjoys their profession.

Important notes: Working days from Monday to Friday.

What you will achieve

• Preparation and production of dishes for banquets and events in high quality and large quantities
• Organisation of mise en place as well as planning of workflows within the team depending on the size of the event
• Close coordination with the kitchen management as well as collaboration with service and event management
• Plating and serving dishes according to specifications
• Co-creation of menus and consideration of special requests and specific dietary requirements
• Compliance with GMZ quality standards as well as HACCP hygiene guidelines, including goods control and inventory management

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: as a chef
• Professional experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in the required field
• Motivated, organised and humorous team player personality
• Efficient, forward-looking and orderly working style
• Enjoyment of working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and cultures as well as guest contact
• Flexible availability for day shifts from Monday to Friday (no night shifts)
• German (B1)
