Your Tasks

You support and accompany our residents
You design the activation offer for a residential area
You clarify the needs, plan, implement and evaluate activating everyday activities and activation therapy offers throughout the house
You assist in the planning and organization as well as implementation of activities, excursions and events
You accompany the residents in handicraft, manual as well as musical areas
You participate in the seasonal decoration in the activation area
You put the independence and self-determination of the residents at the center and orient yourself according to their needs
You work with external partners

What You Bring

You have completed training as an activation specialist HF, specialist in activating care (FAB) or as a specialist for everyday design and activation
Ideally experience in the dementia department
Good oral and written German skills
You have a responsible and independent way of working as well as joy in versatile challenges
You have experience and enjoy working with people
You have high social competence and flexibility as well as a warm and humorous basic attitude
