Attached to the Department of Medicine , the cardiology service provides diagnostic and non-surgical therapeutic care for adult patients suffering from heart conditions. It performs endovascular interventions on cardiac and peripheral vessels, the myocardium, and valves.
Job Description
Your role is to welcome patients, prepare them, and inform them about the examinations (installation, placement of electrodes, blood pressure measurement).
You apply Holter monitors and will read them as well as R-Tests, analysing and interpreting the related recordings.
You assist the physician in performing simple stress tests or those with oxygen consumption measurement (VO2max) and the tilt test.
You carry out all administrative work related to the role (patient appointment scheduling, report writing, appointment booking, recording services for billing, filing, and use of relevant software).
Qualifications
You hold a diploma as a medical assistant or an equivalent qualification.
Experience in ergometry and/or Holter monitoring would be appreciated.
