Your tasks
- Quality, environmental protection and occupational safety officer of the management
- Responsible for quality management, occupational safety, health protection and environmental protection at the Hasle site and support of the plant in Goshen, NY (USA) on request
- Supports the organisation in ensuring legal compliance
- Responsible for internal as well as customer and certification audits
- Responsible for the improvement team
- Reduction of operational accidents to a minimum (target: 0 accidents)
- Responsible for defining a company-wide coordinated QHSE KPI system and its continuous development
- Ensuring a global, consistent and transparent view of the relevant QHSE KPIs of the company locations
Your profile
- University or technical college degree in business administration or engineering education
- Training in quality management, process management, occupational safety and environmental management
- Experience in environmental management and sustainability
- Experience in evaluating and monitoring environmental KPIs
- Knowledge of Carbon Footprint Management (CCF)
- Experience in leading and implementing projects to reduce emissions and improve environmental performance
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are an advantage
- Experience in change management or affinity for this topic
- Workshop moderation skills / facilitator
- Good knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt certification if possible) and 5S
- Communicative personality, strong customer orientation
- Very good IT user skills, especially in Microsoft 365, as well as experience with ERP, quality management, document management and reporting/BI systems
- High affinity for digitalisation, data quality, process automation and the further development of IT-supported QHSE processes
