Office Manager & Assistant to CFO 100%
Your Tasks
- Ensuring a smooth office routine, including managing office supplies, incoming and outgoing mail, and coordinating appointments
- Organising and planning meetings and business trips
- Managing and maintaining internal documents, files and databases
- Contact person for all administrative enquiries and concerns within the office
- Professional management of the CFO’s calendar and appointment scheduling
- Organisation, preparation and follow-up of meetings as well as management and executive board meetings
- Managing correspondence and acting as the central contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Creating presentations, reports and other decision-making materials
Supporting strategic projects as well as coordination between the finance teams, executive management and external partners - Monitoring deadlines, action points and project progress
- Careful handling of confidential company and financial information
What You Bring
- Your commercial training is complemented by further education as an executive assistant or similar qualification
- Several years of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant or in a comparable role
- Your strong communication skills help you to communicate appropriately with every stakeholder group
- You are an independent and organised individual
- French? Of course! You communicate confidently in French both orally and in writing at least at B1 level. You communicate flawlessly in German
- Confidentiality and discretion are a matter of course for you
- You have excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office products
- You have an interest in financial and economic contexts
