The Schloss Biberstein Foundation offers adult people with support needs in the areas of living, work and leisure tailored services. For a fulfilled life.For our residential home Dorfstrasse in Biberstein, we are looking for an employee without agogic training (60%) from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement.
In a team of six, you will accompany 15 adult people with mild cognitive and partly psychological support needs in the areas of leisure/living on the path to more participation and independence. The residential home Dorfstrasse consists of two- and three-person shared flats.
Your tasks
37 Accompanying and supporting the residents in their leisure time
37 Telephone night duty from home (on-call)
37 Weekend care
37 Participation in holiday offers
37 Administrative work and record keeping with specialised software (RedLine)
37 Cooperation with other areas, relatives and external professionals within the framework of the key worker system
37 Health care
What you bring
37 A completed vocational training EFZ
37 Responsible, humorous and team-capable personality
37 High flexibility and social competence as well as physical and psychological resilience
37 Experience in accompanying people with cognitive support needs is an advantage
37 Willingness to work irregular hours, split shifts and on-call duties
37 Driving licence category B is desired
37 Good MS Office user skills as well as good German language skills in spoken and written form
