Your Tasks
You are responsible for the secure and smooth operation of the entire ICT infrastructure. You monitor and maintain networks, servers, and IT systems, ensuring their availability. You support our employees in first- and second-level support, manage business-critical applications, and ensure a stable and secure IT environment through regular updates and data backups. Additionally, you manage user accounts, actively participate in IT projects, and assist in the further development of the ICT landscape as well as the expansion of server and system infrastructure.
Your Profile
- Completed training as an ICT specialist EFZ, ICT professional, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in ICT support or system operation is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft environments, cloud services, as well as network and server infrastructures
- Experience with SQL databases, mail servers, and business-critical applications
- Practical experience in first- and second-level support
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- High service and customer orientation
- Team-oriented, communicative, and reliable personality
- Networked thinking and analytical skills
- Enjoy advising and supporting users competently
- Interest in new technologies and willingness for continuous training
