For the Forensic Psychiatry Inpatient Centre (ZFPS) we are looking for you to start immediately or by arrangement as
Tasks
- You are committed to interdisciplinary collaboration and promote the framework conditions for implementing the treatment concept
- You share responsibility for the professional, organisational and administrative management of the care team, consisting of nursing professionals, social pedagogues, employees with a judicial correctional services certificate as well as health care assistants
- You share responsibility for the further development of the forensic ward, contribute your expertise, including in the design of milieu therapy, and represent the ward and the company both internally and externally
- You share responsibility for the future-oriented promotion and development of the employees in the specialist area with regard to the ward’s mandate and the company’s objectives
- You work on a ward with group settings, treating and caring for patients for measures, offence prevention and rehabilitation
- You ensure the well-being of our patients in a three-shift system
- You are jointly responsible for the training of apprentices within the framework of the training mandate
Profile
- You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH and preferably have professional experience in psychiatry
- You are willing to complete the CAS Leadership
- Your attitude towards offenders is risk-aware and appreciative
- You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team
- You possess exceptionally high social skills
- You have pronounced communication skills
- You are characterised by very high self-reflection and ability to accept criticism
