Assistant to the Head of Childcare (m/f) 80 - 100 %
Your passion
You support the Head of Childcare (KiBe) administratively and professionally, manage quality checks such as ZHAW Module C and QualiKita, and are the first point of contact for V-TaK questions. You coordinate the onboarding of new childcare directors and assist with the renewal of operating permits. Together with the management, you drive forward the pedagogical quality and support the implementation of guidelines and regulations.
Additionally, you ensure the smooth operation of technical aids, conduct market analyses, and support process management for KiBe and sales. You are involved in cross-departmental projects and take on general administrative tasks for the management.
Your profile
Education & experience: You have training as a childcare specialist (FaBe) and/or a commercial education with experience in the childcare sector. Leadership experience as a childcare director is an advantage. You work independently and in a structured manner, possess good communication skills, are team-oriented, and handle confidential information discreetly. Proficiency in digital tools such as Kipro or Abacus is a given for you.
Interests & skills: You are interested in early childhood education, bring good business management knowledge, and are familiar with organizational guidelines and internal control systems (ICS). Flexibility and resilience characterize you, as well as a pronounced service orientation.
