About the job

The notary office, land registry and bankruptcy office Goldau of the Schwyz district is responsible for six municipalities, focusing on property transactions, inheritance matters, matrimonial property law, company law, and bankruptcy law.

From 1 January 2027 or by arrangement, we offer a responsible position as

Deputy Notary (80 - 100 %)

Your main tasks:

• Drafting, editing and notarising contracts primarily in property law,
• but also in matrimonial property and inheritance law (including advance directives) and company law
• Management of the land register
• Conducting bankruptcy proceedings
• Advising clients, authorities and other service providers

Your profile:

• You hold the Schwyz lawyer’s patent or the Schwyz eligibility certificate for notaries or possess a lawyer’s patent from another canton and are willing to undertake the corresponding re-examination (interview) in the canton of Schwyz
• You are characterised by a reliable, team-oriented, resilient and customer-focused personality
• You work carefully, efficiently, independently and with a structured approach
