With our innovative concept Shop 365, we offer our customers a modern, straightforward and fresh shopping experience 365 days a year.

We are developing a new business area with great growth potential with Shop 365. We are currently looking for a motivated individual to maintain our shops at various locations.

Your tasks:

• Cross-location shop maintenance: You ensure that all Shop 365 locations are always clean, inviting and optimally stocked.

• Deputising for management: You support the operational management in day-to-day business and take responsibility in their absence.

• Quality assurance: You check the product presentation and ensure the exact implementation of our store concept.

• Process optimisation: You actively contribute your own ideas to make the processes at the locations even more efficient and customer-friendly.

Your profile:

• Passion for retail: You love daily interaction with products and ideally have already gained experience in retail or shop management.

• Eye for detail & flair for order: You immediately notice a fully stocked shelf or a cluttered product presentation. You value structure and cleanliness.

• Proactivity: You do not wait for instructions but see the work, think ahead and bring your own creative ideas.

• Flexibility & mobility: As you are responsible for shop maintenance at several locations, you enjoy being on the move.
