Job Description
We are looking for a QA Engineer to strengthen a team dedicated to web and mobile e-banking platforms in a private banking environment.
Main missions
- Design, prepare and execute functional, non-regression and integration test plans.
- Ensure the quality of digital e-banking platforms (web and mobile).
- Participate in test automation when relevant.
- Guarantee traceability of requirements, tests and defects.
- Identify, analyse and track defects until resolution.
- Perform data validations via SQL queries and consistency checks.
- Test and validate REST APIs.
- Analyse application logs to facilitate incident diagnosis.
- Participate in UAT activities and support business teams in release validation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes.
Qualifications
Proven experience in the following areas is required:
- Minimum 5 years in QA, ideally in a banking or financial environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Awareness of security, compliance and risk management issues.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
- Collaborative spirit, autonomy and proactivity.
- Solid experience in manual and automated testing on web and mobile applications in an Agile environment.
- Proficiency in JIRA-Xray (test plan management, execution, traceability, defect tracking).
- Good SQL practice for data validation and reconciliation.
- Experience in REST API validation (Postman, Swagger).
- Professional proficiency in French and English.
