Job Description

We are looking for a QA Engineer to strengthen a team dedicated to web and mobile e-banking platforms in a private banking environment.

Main missions

• Design, prepare and execute functional, non-regression and integration test plans.
• Ensure the quality of digital e-banking platforms (web and mobile).
• Participate in test automation when relevant.
• Guarantee traceability of requirements, tests and defects.
• Identify, analyse and track defects until resolution.
• Perform data validations via SQL queries and consistency checks.
• Test and validate REST APIs.
• Analyse application logs to facilitate incident diagnosis.
• Participate in UAT activities and support business teams in release validation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes.

Qualifications

Proven experience in the following areas is required:

• Minimum 5 years in QA, ideally in a banking or financial environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Awareness of security, compliance and risk management issues.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaborative spirit, autonomy and proactivity.
• Solid experience in manual and automated testing on web and mobile applications in an Agile environment.
• Proficiency in JIRA-Xray (test plan management, execution, traceability, defect tracking).
• Good SQL practice for data validation and reconciliation.
• Experience in REST API validation (Postman, Swagger).
• Professional proficiency in French and English.
