Since 1972, the Frauenzentrale Aargau has operated the Alimenteninkasso Aargau as a classic NPO. It acts on behalf of municipalities and third parties in cases of payment difficulties regarding maintenance obligations.
Your tasks
In this responsible role, you accompany people in various life situations, manage maintenance mandates independently, and ensure that maintenance claims are enforced reliably and consistently. You also maintain professional communication with mandate parties, municipalities, authorities, and other institutions. Furthermore, you monitor incoming payments and take over the complete debt collection. Even with complex and challenging mandates, you keep an overview, recognise connections, and develop effective solutions.
What you bring
For this role, you bring a commercial education with several years of professional experience and further training as a maintenance specialist or experience in the field of maintenance assistance. A confident and competent manner, as well as strong oral and written communication skills, characterise you. You work independently, in a structured and reliable way, are resilient, and take responsibility. At the same time, you appreciate and promote collaboration and professional exchange within the team.
