Procap Grischun is the largest self-help and membership organisation for people with disabilities in Graubünden. With our 3,000 members, we work daily for an inclusive society – a society in which people with disabilities are equal and naturally integrated.

Managing Director (80–100%)

Procap Grischun is seeking a dynamic, strategically minded, and operationally strong leader from 1 March 2027 or by arrangement. In this key role, you will assume overall economic and personnel responsibility for our section, sustainably strengthen our association’s position, and purposefully expand the cantonal offering.

Your Responsibilities

Operational & Personnel Management: Leading the cantonal section, managing the team (including specialist leadership in recruitment), and overseeing volunteer management.

Strategic Development & Quality: Needs-based expansion of the service offering (advice, courses, meeting points, sport) and fulfilment of service contracts.

Financial Responsibility: Preparing the budget, monitoring all financial flows, and preparing the annual financial statements.

Advocacy & Fundraising: Active representation in committees, public relations, lobbying, and strategic fundraising.

Hub: Link between the section board, regional team, and Procap Switzerland.

Your Profile

• Business administration or comparable education with several years of experience in corporate or association management.
• Proven leadership skills in personnel and volunteer management.
• Strong negotiation skills, experience with service contracts, and a strong network.
• High social competence and a pronounced understanding of social policy issues as well as the concerns of people with disabilities.
• Knowledge of social insurance law is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in German; knowledge of another cantonal language is desirable.
