Your future tasks:
What distinguishes you:
- Responsibility for absence management (illness, accident, etc.) including recording, monitoring and evaluation
- Maintenance of personnel master data
- Collaboration in payroll administration and deputising in payroll and social insurance matters
- Processing of entries and exits, work references and other personnel concerns
- Preparation of evaluations, statistics and documents
- Organisation of personnel events (anniversaries, congratulations)
- Support of apprentices with support needs during their training
- Participation in the optimisation and digitalisation of HR processes and systems
- Assumption of general tasks in the personnel area
- Commercial basic training with several years of experience in the personnel field
- Knowledge of payroll and social insurance matters
- Very good MS Office skills, Abacus knowledge is an advantage
- Independent, precise and structured way of working, discretion and high service orientation
- Strong social and team competence, assertiveness and resilience
