Senevita is the largest integrated provider of services for the elderly and employs around 4,000 staff. Outpatient and inpatient services seamlessly merge. While the Senevita locations stand for independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading provider of private Spitex services throughout Switzerland.

In January 2026, Senevita Birsgarten opened in Reinach /BL. We offer a total of 88 care places (22 protected units), 52 apartments for assisted living, and a restaurant in an idyllic location with very good public transport connections.

We are looking for a motivated and team-oriented individual by arrangement as

Employee in Care and Support AGS or Nursing Assistant SRK 40-100%

For inpatient care with in-house Spitex

Actively shape our new operation and your team. You will significantly contribute to implementing processes to establish services and quality at the highest level. You can expect a new and modern working environment, as well as the opportunity to sustainably shape and influence your team and the home for our residents.

Your Tasks

Support in implementing nursing and care measures
Assistance in recording care effort/documentation using interRAI LTCF and RAI HC
Maintaining contact with relatives
Professional and individual execution of care and basic nursing

We Expect

Training at assistant level (Assistant: Health/Social EBA, Nursing Assistant FA or SRK course)
Flexibility and ability to work in a team
Good German skills in spoken and written form (min. level B1)
Understanding and empathy for elderly people
