Spitex Bodensee is a modern, regionally anchored Spitex operation. We care for the residents of six municipalities and dedicate ourselves daily with commitment, professional competence and heart to providing high-quality care.

Your tasks
– Professional, personnel and organisational leadership of a care team
– Ensuring high-quality and economical care
– Case coordination and professional support of employees
– Promoting a appreciative team culture and continuous development
– Close cooperation with care management, care expert and external partners
Your profile
– Diploma in Nursing HF/FH
– Experience in the Spitex environment, ideally with leadership experience
– Organisational talent, sense of responsibility and decisiveness
– High social and professional competence as well as empathy
