To strengthen our service and assembly team, we are looking for an experienced individual who takes responsibility and competently supports our customers worldwide.

Assembler / Service Technician (m/f) 100 %

Start: immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks – technically demanding, varied and with a lot of personal responsibility

• Assembly of all machine components in the workshop and at exhibitions
• Installation and commissioning of new machines, conversions and upgrades – at the factory and with customers worldwide
• Analysis and troubleshooting as well as support (remote or on site)
• Carrying out service checks, maintenance and overhaul work at the customer’s premises
• Documentation of your assignments
• Support of internal assembly at the Grenchen site

Your profile – technically strong, solution-oriented and customer-focused

• Completed apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) as a polymechanic or production mechanic
• Experience in CNC machine tool service or strong willingness to learn
• Knowledge of electronics/control technology is an advantage
• Enjoyment of precise work in the micrometre range
• Independent, structured working style and high quality awareness
• Good German skills, basic English for international assignments
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and varied tasks
• Willingness to travel worldwide (30-50%)
• Enjoyment of travelling worldwide, getting to know different countries and working with people from diverse cultures
