Your role within our house:

• You ensure a professional welcome and management of a particularly demanding local and international clientele, autonomously and in close collaboration with your colleagues.
• You advise our demanding Swiss and international clientele on the creation, repairs and modifications of jewellery.
• You receive, record and deliver jewellery pieces from after-sales service and ensure rigorous follow-up of customer requests.
• Collaboration with the after-sales customer reception team.
• You are responsible for repairs and adjustments of jewellery at the workbench.
• You maintain and organise the jewellery workshop.
• You ensure the follow-up of orders as well as the respect of repair deadlines for jewellery within the boutique.

Your profile:

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma as Jeweller, ideally with a minimum of 10 years professional experience.
• You possess an autonomous and committed personality.
• With a strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills, your appearance is neat.
• You have good adaptability and flexibility.
• You are comfortable with computer software and writing emails.
• Your mother tongue is French, you have very good knowledge of English, German being an asset.
