You will gain hands-on exposure to HR administration, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, process improvement and digital HR initiatives.

• Manage the full employee lifecycle service & operations.
• Maintain employee data in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Support employees and managers on HR operational and administrative topics.
• Co-join HR-Projects, such as implementing workflows or Lean Administration
• Contribute to HR process optimization, digitalization and continuous improvement.
• Support payroll-related activities and compliance processes, such as Internal Controls.
• Work closely with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders.
