At four locations in Switzerland, we employ over 60 people in the areas of commercial vehicles, construction machinery, bodywork, paint shop, and lettering.

To strengthen our 31-member workshop team in Windisch, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for two committed leaders: Team Leader Bus and Team Leader Truck.

• You lead and develop your workshop team.
• You plan assignments efficiently and meet deadlines.
• You ensure quality and operational safety.
• You support with diagnoses and technical challenges.
• You actively work in the workshop.
• You work closely with customer service and warehouse.
• You organize the workshop, materials, and processes.
• You support other teams during absences.

• Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician EFZ (commercial vehicles) or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in the commercial vehicle industry.
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage.
• Strong diagnostic skills and technical know-how.
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style.
• Assertiveness, team spirit, and high personal responsibility.
