Area of responsibility
Timely conversion or adjustment of packaging systems in coordination with the Packaging department
Training and optimisation of systems and control units (cameras, code readers, serialisation)
First point of contact at the packaging line in case of malfunctions and developing solutions for recurring issues.
Instruction and supervision of packaging staff in the correct operation of production equipment
Carrying out maintenance and repair work, as well as general workshop tasks
Compliance with hygiene requirements and GMP-compliant documentation
Partial involvement in routine production as a production expert
Handling constructive tasks for process improvements on production and packaging systems as well as auxiliary equipment
Your profile
Completed training as a polymechanic, precision mechanic, toolmaker, mechatronics technician or equivalent
Several years of professional experience in a technical field, preferably in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment
Certification as an industrial electrician according to NIV (Art. 13 or 15) is an advantage or willingness to obtain it
Pragmatic, solution-oriented working style and high quality awareness
Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are a plus
Willingness to work shifts (currently 3-shift system)
