We, Raiffeisenbank Cham-Steinhausen, are a successful and innovative bank, which belongs to the largest Raiffeisen banks nationwide in Switzerland. At our locations Cham, Steinhausen and Mettmenstetten, we employ around 75 staff, including 4 apprentices.For our modern advisory bank in Mettmenstetten, we are looking for a winning, service-oriented and committed personality.
Customer Advisor Basic (m/f/d)
What can you expect?
- Identifying and exploiting customer potential through active and continuous management of the customer portfolio
- Ensuring simple, standardised advice on figures, saving, investing and developing needs-based solutions taking into account the customer's life situation as well as within the framework of the segment-specific / customer-specific product range
- Expanding the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
- Participation in market development measures and customer events, representative tasks

- Completed banking training or equivalent education with experience in banking
- Enjoyment of customer contact with a high level of service orientation and good communication skills
- Enthusiastic and sales-oriented personality with a winning appearance
