Event Manager, Event Coordination (a)
Bern | 80% - 100%
With commitment and an eye for detail, you ensure that our events run smoothly and remain memorable. For this, we are looking for you: a personality who is organised, hands-on and keeps an overview even in lively situations.
These are your tasks
- Ensuring the smooth running of events of all kinds in close cooperation with internal teams
- Coordinating and operational implementation of events such as aperitifs, banquets and concerts
- Preparing the event rooms as well as checking setups and infrastructure
- Assigning and briefing the event assistants involved in the event
- Contact person for organisers on site during the events
- Ensuring a high level of service quality as well as correct booking of F&B services
This is what distinguishes you
- Professional experience in the service or event sector is an advantage
- High communication skills as well as a friendly and engaging manner
- Independent, flexible and responsible personality
- Enjoyment in dealing with different guests and partners as well as teamwork
- Willingness to work irregular hours (evenings, weekends and public holidays)
- Very good knowledge of German
