To strengthen our team and for targeted expansion, we are looking for two experienced "Senior Real Estate Marketer 100%" for the regions of Zurich Lake right and Zurich Lake / Zug.

Your tasks

• Independent support and advice for prospective buyers
• Marketing of premium properties in the Zurich Lake and Zug regions
• Conducting viewings and sales negotiations
• Acquisition and management of sales and search mandates
• Active network maintenance
• Close cooperation with internal departments (development, planning, construction, marketing)

What you bring

• Several years of experience and proven performance in real estate sales, ideally in the upscale segment
• Local market knowledge and a good network in the Zurich/Zug/Schwyz region
• Advanced professional qualification in the real estate sector (real estate marketing, trust, valuation, or consulting)
• Strong communication skills, negotiation ability and a confident, stylish appearance
• Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
