For our new High Five Fitness Club in the heart of Zurich, we are looking for committed fitness professionals from the beginning of 2027 who want to help shape our new location from the start.

We are looking for

• Department Managers
• Fitness Instructors
• Group Fitness Instructors

We are looking for true all-rounders: personalities who competently support our members, inspire people in training and at the same time enjoy advising and sales.

Your area of responsibility

• Personal support and active advice for our members
• Introduction of new members and individual training support
• Advising interested parties and actively acquiring members
• Leading Group Fitness classes
• Conducting personal training sessions
• Reception and service tasks
• Ensuring a high-quality and inviting training environment
• Active participation for smooth studio operations
• Depending on the position, taking on leadership and organisational responsibilities

What you bring with you

• Federal diploma as a fitness instructor
• Experience as a Group Fitness Trainer
• Strong sales flair and enjoyment in advising and acquiring members
• High service and customer orientation
• Professional, likeable and confident appearance
• Team spirit, initiative and sense of responsibility
• Flexibility and willingness to actively contribute to studio operations
• Very good German skills and good English skills
