Your training
- Home is where it’s best – You learn to care for and support people respectfully in their familiar environment
- Time for what matters – to competently perform medical-technical tasks as well as administrative and logistical services.
- Variety instead of routine – You prefer being on the move rather than always at the same workplace
What you bring
- You have a qualification with EFZ certificate and at least 2 years of professional experience at 60% in care or
- Qualification as a care assistant SRK with ABU (General Education) and at least 2 years of professional experience at 60% in care
- You are empathetic and curious – you approach people and are passionate
- You are mobile – with your own car, the Spitex e-bike or e-scooter
Your benefits
- A solid two-year training with a strong practical focus, accompanied by dedicated trainers as well as theory at vocational school and inter-company courses
- Employment at 60% (inter-company courses are working days)
- Compensation of CHF 400.- for the school days
