Manager / Manager TopShop (m/f/d) 80 - 100%

• Manage the TopShop and the associated team
• Create staff deployment plans
• Serve and advise our customers in various shifts
• Operate the cash register and prepare cash register reconciliations
• Order and manage goods
• Bake bread and snacks
• Ensure order and cleanliness in the areas of shop, gas station & car wash

• Experience in staff management
• You have completed training in retail or have several years of experience in sales (preferably food)
• You have a sales flair, daily contact with customers brings you joy
• Willingness to work flexible hours (weekend shifts as well as early and late shifts)
• Very good knowledge of German
