As a Key Account Manager Pharmacy (m/f/*) for the pharmacy channel within the Consumer Business Group in Switzerland and Austria, you have the opportunity to apply your knowledge purposefully to advance our shared success. Your responsibilities include:
- Negotiating annual agreements on prices and conditions as well as ensuring collaboration.
- Achieving the agreed annual financial targets and all customer-related sales KPIs for the respective customers.
- Continuous analysis of market and customer development and close monitoring of the competition to derive growth opportunities.
- Ensuring the implementation of all category and brand strategies at the customer level.
- Handling the operational management of customers (tracking forecasts, evaluating promotions, analysing purchases and sales, etc.)
- Ensuring efficient communication with other departments such as customer service, shopper marketing, supply chain, etc.
These are Your Competencies
The minimum qualifications for this role include:
- You have a commercial or medical/pharmaceutical education
- Extensive professional experience in key account management, ideally in a medical environment
- Proven success in sales and customer service
- Strong analytical as well as communication and negotiation skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
The following additional skills are advantageous:
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as strategic acumen
- Teamwork and assertiveness
- Professional handling of MS Office and presentation techniques
- French language skills
