As a Kitting - Quality Specialist you will: Prepare engine piece part kits for module assembly, check material condition, including P/N and S/N verification, and update SAP to support quality and operating program.
Your tasks
- Check on P/N and S/N on piece part level for CFM56 PW4000 / PW1100 / LEAP 1A /1B
- Check material effectivity and damages
- Preparation of module kits acc material planning disposition
- Technical goods receiving inspection
- Technical and administrative completion of assigned task according to the relevant guidelines, including SAP structure updates
- On time completion of tasks as well as assurance of quality of completed work
- Use of the concepts of Lean and Six Sigma (Lean Events, Root Cause Analysis, 5S) to ensure continuous improvement
Your profile
- Apprenticeship as technician or equivalent is required
- Self-discipline, self-responsibility as well as good communication abilities and a readiness for team work are important requirements
- Professional experience with a significant understanding of operational activities related to delivering a specific service required, with at least 3 years of experience in quality driven industry, desirably in the MRO industry
- Quality and Safety driven mindset
- You must be ready to work in a 2-shift system
- The ability to work finely, exactly and independently is required
- B1 level of English and B2 level of German is required
