Your Tasks

• Expansion, maintenance and 360° advisory of the customer portfolio
• Sale of the entire product and service range including cross-selling
• Systematic recording of needs and external potential
• Referral to internal specialist teams
• Acquisition of new customers, participation in customer events including network maintenance

What You Bring

• Commercial basic training (banking or insurance sector)
• Completed bank-specific further education (HF, FH advantageous)
• Experience as an individual customer advisor is required
• Main focus in the financing area, affinity for investment and pension topics
