• You play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients enjoy holistic, top-notch, and individualized care at home
• You support relatives and the individuals being cared for, as well as the team, in all matters related to care
• You take on comprehensive case management and provide the ordered medical-diagnostic and therapeutic measures with your expertise
• You work and coordinate interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, health insurance companies, and the team

• You have a tertiary education in nursing (HF, FH, AKP, DN II, also DNI and FA and -care)
• Your flexibility and willingness to help make you a reliable support in the team
• Your good oral and written German skills help you communicate with the people around you
• Your sense of responsibility and ability to recognize emergency situations and respond appropriately make you a valuable team member
• Your cheerful nature is contagious and actively contributes to a positive corporate culture that delights our customers and enriches the work environment
• You have completed the InterRAI HC course or are willing to do so
