Senior ERP Consultant – MS Dynamics 365 Human Resources

In this role

• You analyse, document, configure and test the implementation of HR solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• You train the end users of our customers and ensure successful knowledge transfer
• You support and assist our customers in the productive operation of their HR solution
• You coordinate collaboration with the customer, record specific requirements, analyse them conceptually and develop suitable solution proposals
• In ERP projects with Microsoft Dynamics 365, you take on the role of consultant for the HR functionalities
• If necessary, you work closely with our development department
• You support our sales team in the preparation of offers

Your profile

• You bring more than five years of experience in the implementation and adaptation of HR solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations – ideally as an HR Consultant in an IT service or consulting company
• You have a degree in business administration, human resources, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• You have sound knowledge of HR processes as well as the Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR module. Knowledge in payroll or SwissSalary is an advantage
• You possess a strong analytical mindset and are able to understand, analyse and sustainably optimise complex business processes
• You impress with a confident manner, strong communication skills and assured presentation competence
• You communicate fluently in German and English; knowledge of French is a plus
