The Stiftung zur Hard operates the Birsfelden Retirement Home with a capacity of 170 rooms and a day and night structure, the Spitex Birsfelden, which is responsible for a catchment area of 10,500 residents, as well as 80 retirement apartments. We are one of the largest retirement and care institutions in the Basel region. We are distinguished by a diverse range of care, support, and therapy services in a modern infrastructure, a public restaurant with varied cuisine, and a range of rooms for banquets and events.As a qualified or assistant nursing professional on an hourly wage basis on call, you support our team exactly when your assistance is needed.

YOUR TASKS - VARIED AND MEANINGFUL
- You are there for our residents: You ensure professional and individual care and support, providing security, attention, and appreciation.
- You recognise what is needed: You attentively perceive changes, identify the need for action, and independently initiate the necessary measures.
- You document professionally: You reliably and competently record your observations and care-relevant information in the LOBOS system.
- You pitch in: Depending on the situation, you also take on administrative, logistical, and domestic tasks, contributing to a smooth daily routine.
- You work in a networked way: Clear and timely information exchange with the day team is natural for you.
- You are flexible: As part of our care pool, you can organise your shifts flexibly and provide your support where it is currently needed.
