What to expect
In the 3-year apprenticeship to become an ICT Specialist EFZ, you will be involved, among other things, in the installation and commissioning of devices. You will also perform maintenance of hardware as well as the setup and updating of software. Additionally, you support users with problems and carry out general administrative tasks.
