Technical Business Administrator, Technical Business Administrator, Construction, 80-100%

You coordinate the administrative, technical and organisational threads of a construction project. You see yourself as a committed and service-oriented personality who sustainably supports our construction managers in coordination. Your structured way of working ensures a smooth process of the projects in the background.

Your core responsibilities include the following interesting tasks:

• Creating and preparing construction site, project and execution documents
• Supporting measurement, billing and post-calculation of projects
• Checking daily reports, work on account and performance records
• Updating cost, schedule and project overviews
• Preparing documents for clients, planners and project participants

To convince with your skills, you bring the following:

• Technical basic training, preferably in the main construction trade
• Commercial further education, e.g. as Technical Business Administrator and/or corresponding professional experience
• Confident handling of MS Office, complemented by ABACUS experience (advantageous)
• Team spirit and very good communication in German
• Good technical understanding and interest in construction processes
• Willingness to take responsibility and actively relieve the team
