To expand our PoU Customer Care Team we are looking for a

Customer Service & Order Management Specialist 100%

Your tasks

• Recording and processing sales and service orders in the ERP system
• Invoicing and tracking orders
• Scheduling and monitoring deliveries
• Preparation of transport and shipping documents
• Support of assigned sales consultants
• Telephone advice and support for our customers and the sales team
• Creation and management of rental contracts
• Receipt and processing of customer concerns, orders and service calls
• Processing incoming email enquiries
• Maintenance and updating of customer and master data

What you bring

• Completed commercial training (EFZ) or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in a trading company or in customer support
• Very good knowledge of order processing and administrative processes
• Good ERP knowledge and confident handling of common MS Office applications
• Good knowledge of French, spoken and written
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact and teamwork
