Your Tasks
- You will take on assignments in basic and treatment care for our clients.
- You play a key role in ensuring that our clients enjoy first-class and individual care at home.
- You advise and support our clients and their relatives according to their individual needs.
- You conduct needs assessments with RAI-HC at the client’s home.
- You participate in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures.
- Promoting the independence and quality of life of clients in their home environment.
- You carry out comprehensive nursing anamneses and assessments.
- You supervise subordinate staff regarding nursing measures.
- You take on administrative tasks within the scope of case management.
Your Profile
- You are a qualified nurse (HF, FH, AKP, DN II).
- You have completed or are willing to complete the InterRai HC course.
- Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in long-term care or home care.
- You are characterised by independent, structured, and efficient working.
- You are resilient and flexible.
- You hold a category B driving licence and ideally have your own car.
