Sales region: right side of Lake Zurich
Work location: You handle all tasks that are not customer appointments from the home office. For meetings with the team or team leader, you meet at the headquarters in Dietikon/Gossau SG.
Your mission:
As a sales professional in field sales, you make an important contribution to the company's success. We have been the exclusive distributor for coffee machines, coffee, and accessories of NESPRESSO Business Solutions in the German-speaking part of Switzerland for over 25 years. In our dynamic team, we continuously develop our range and services - up to complete solutions for catering around the workplace.
What you can achieve with us:
- Active sales of our comprehensive Nespresso product and service range
- Care and expansion of your own customer portfolio (SME business customers) including visit planning and reporting
- Targeted, independent acquisition of new customers
- Ongoing analysis of the customer portfolio and independent derivation of corresponding sales measures
- Responsibility for quantitative and qualitative goals
- Independent preparation, planning, execution, and follow-up of customer visits
- Coordinative interface to internal departments as well as sales specialists of various product categories
Your superpowers and achievements:
- Basic training in commercial or technical field
- Enjoyment in building and expanding your own customer area, ideally with a large network
- Strong negotiation skills, success- and goal orientation
- Passion for coffee
- Affinity for various tools and MS Office, good Excel skills
- Very good in German, English is an advantage
- Resident in the region, willingness to travel, and valid driver's license
