Your job with us
You professionally assess the care needs of our clients, manage the care process and ensure that they receive the appropriate support. You are not just part of the care process, you shape it.
You are responsible for
- Initial assessments and reassessments with RAI HC
- Assessing complex care situations
- Creating and further developing care plans
- Initial deployments and replacements within the team
- Collaboration with doctors, insurers and internal specialists
- Consulting clients, relatives and professionals
Would you like more?
Are you interested in wound management? Then you can increase your workload to up to 90%. We are happy to support the further training to become a wound expert.
You bring with you
- Diploma as a Nursing Specialist HF
- Experience in the care process and with RAI HC
- Ideally knowledge of root Perigon
- Analytical thinking and independent working style
- Enjoyment of collaboration and communication
- Good PC skills
- Driving licence category B
