As a central bank with a banking licence, we successfully support smaller and medium-sized financial institutions. With our individual financial services and the expertise of our approximately 80 employees, we combine skills and competencies to professionally support our customers in their processes. We essentially take over their core business in the areas of payments, means of payment, investments, pensions, Asset Liability Management (ALM) as well as risk and regulatory management. With our central bank function, we also enable them to access the money and capital markets.

To strengthen our team "Giroorganisation & Banking" we are looking for you as

Employee Banking Operations 80 - 100 %

What are your tasks?

• Co-responsible for the processing of our daily business consisting of foreign exchange, money market, payment orders domestic/foreign, bond settlements, interest and currency derivatives, loans as well as customer master data maintenance (partner, account and custody) and user administration internet banking
• Contact person for internal departments and client banks for technical matters
• Reconciliation of nostro and internal accounts
• Creation and maintenance of work instructions
• Participation in the execution of release and module tests in our Payment Hub and Core Banking System (Finnova), including acceptance
• Assistance in the further development and optimisation of processes and the internal control system (ICS) in the organisational unit

• Training as a commercial clerk EFZ in the banking sector
• Ideally professional experience in a comparable position
• Strong interest in financial markets and investment products
• Numerical understanding and process affinity as well as analytical, networked thinking
• Finnova knowledge is an advantage
• High quality standards as well as pronounced customer and service orientation
• High resilience, commitment and assertiveness
• Team spirit and openness
• Ideally good (spoken) French and English skills
