YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Technical and personnel leadership of the Cyber Security team including resource planning, target agreements, employee development, and knowledge building and retention
- Ensuring the application and further development of cyber security processes throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Responsibility for compliance with cyber security requirements in the offer, development, architecture, testing, and validation phases
- Management and monitoring of risk analyses, zoning and security concepts, as well as definition of effective protective measures
- Support and advice for projects, customers, and suppliers on all cyber security matters for products and systems
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, legal requirements, and internal guidelines in the field of cyber security
- Promotion of security awareness, conducting training sessions, and establishing best practices and security-by-design in engineering
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed studies in computer science, cyber security, electrical engineering, system engineering, or comparable technical education
- Several years of professional experience in cyber security, IT/OT security, product security, or secure software development
- In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and norms such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, as well as security-by-design principles
- Experience in conducting threat analyses (threat modelling), risk analyses, and security assessments
- Leadership experience or demonstrable suitability for technical and personnel leadership of a specialised team
- Experience dealing with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders in international development projects
- Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
- Very good communication skills in German and English and the ability to explain complex security risks clearly
