What awaits you with us

• Taking over the operational leadership of the warehouse team and ensuring a smooth daily routine
• Coordinating processes in goods receipt, storage, order picking and loading
• Ensuring timely and efficient processing of customer orders and proactive action in case of irregularities in coordination with sales
• Planning optimal deployment of employees and resources as well as supporting administrative tasks
• Active participation in daily operations (approx. 70% operational activity)
• Supporting logistics administration as needed in daily operations
• Professional and personnel management of the team (6 employees), fostering positive collaboration and serving as a contact person for employees in the staggered daily operation

What you bring

• Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ or comparable qualification with experience in logistics
• Several years of professional experience in logistics
• At least 2 years of leadership experience (both professional and disciplinary)
• Further training as a process specialist or logistics specialist (advantageous)
• SUVA-recognised forklift licence (at least R2)
• Knowledge of one of the following sectors: wholesale & retail, building materials trade, industry or crafts
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• A reliable, conscientious, precise and structured working style
• Resilient, flexible and versatile personality with physical fitness
