We are looking for an Accounting & Finance Specialist 60% (m/f/d) starting mid-January or by arrangement

Your tasks:

• Independent management of the ongoing accounting of a small group company with a focus on accounts payable as well as accounts receivable including payment, dunning, and debt collection processes
• Preparation of monthly internal interim financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, accruals, asset accounting, etc.) including account reconciliation
• Independent management of ongoing VAT accounting and preparation of VAT returns
• Preparation and compilation of the annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations in cooperation with the supervisor and the auditors
• Support in the preparation of monthly controlling and reporting tools for the management and board of directors
• Further development and responsibility for internal financial processes and active participation in projects
• Contact person for financial matters for external and internal stakeholders
• Internal support in administrative areas

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training and advanced education in accounting and finance or higher professional qualification (e.g. Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting or Higher Professional Examination in Accounting and Controlling) or an equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years of practical experience in accounting, ideally in the manufacturing or industrial sector
• Very good user knowledge of ABACUS and confident handling of MS Office
• Fluent German in spoken and written form, English is an advantage
• Strong affinity for numbers as well as systematic and precise working style
• Analytical and interconnected process thinking and problem-solving and implementation skills
• Understanding of numbers as well as their analysis and interpretation
• Reliable and punctual in collaboration
• Independent, responsible, and proactive working style
