Syntegon Packaging Systems AG in Beringen (SH) is a company of the Syntegon Group and stands for a comprehensive portfolio of packaging solutions for the confectionery and food industry. Here, with more than 700 employees, we develop and produce innovative, customer-specific packaging and handling systems for demanding high-performance applications.

In our innovation projects, you independently work on various topics, such as the new development of machine modules or testing the applicability of innovative technologies through empirical trials on the system.

• You engage intensively with current topics in the areas of innovation, robotics, smart machines, sealing technology, and other new technologies.
• When creating concepts and elaborating machine modules with SolidWorks, you can apply your knowledge from your studies in practice.
• You actively participate in the setup and commissioning of test systems.
• Additionally, you independently handle trials from planning through execution and evaluation to documentation.

• You are studying mechanical engineering or mechatronics.
• Preferably, you have already become familiar with SolidWorks during your studies.
• Your good German and English skills help you communicate with our various departments.
• You enjoy developing new things and like to be at the cutting edge of technology.
• You approach tasks and problems systematically and solution-oriented.
• You bring initiative but also enjoy working in a team.

Start: September 2026 or by arrangement
