You support the clinic manager in daily leadership and take over the personnel and organisational management in their absence. Optimising processes, taking responsibility for defined areas of tasks, and actively participating in the ward routine are also part of your future responsibilities. The induction into the specialist field and leadership is carried out very carefully and in a structured manner.

Start date immediate or by arrangement

• You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH and have professional experience in oncology and/or acute care
• You have oncology specialist training or the willingness to complete one
• You have the ability to motivate employees, take initiative, and make decisions
• Teamwork is important to you
• You have a networked and forward-looking way of thinking
• You are characterised by strong communication skills, organisational talent, high emotional resilience, and enthusiasm for leadership tasks
