You support the clinic manager in daily leadership and take over the personnel and organisational management in their absence. Optimising processes, taking responsibility for defined areas of tasks, and actively participating in the ward routine are also part of your future responsibilities. The induction into the specialist field and leadership is carried out very carefully and in a structured manner.
