With branches in Vevey (Switzerland), Germany (Bremen), and Singapore (Asia), as well as a representation in Austria, INTEGRA Metering operates internationally.For our production team of 7 people in Therwil, we are seeking a personality as of agreement for the position of
Production Manager
Your Responsibilities:
- Planning and controlling the timely production output and quality standards
- Qualitative and quantitative monitoring of production
- Organisation and optimisation of workflows while complying with standards
- Calibration and adjustment of measuring devices
- Conducting training and implementing health and safety regulations
- Establishing meaningful production key figures (e.g. OEE, scrap rate, delivery reliability) and data-driven production control
- Systematic analysis of existing production processes and implementation of improvement measures according to methods such as Lean Manufacturing, KVP or Six Sigma
- Observation and evaluation of modern manufacturing and process technologies, and introduction of suitable solutions for further development of production
Your Competencies:
- Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g. polymechanic) and further training as a team leader or comparable leadership qualification
- Several years of professional experience as a production manager
- Experience in applying Lean Manufacturing, KVP or Six Sigma and knowledge of QM methods
- Knowledge in water flow or energy metering, as well as in automation and integration of new technologies into production
- Analytical thinking and a structured working method
- Very good knowledge of German. French and English are advantageous
- Strong team skills, communication strength, and willingness to learn
