What you can achieve
- You coordinate workshops, events, and meetings.
- You support the management team with organization, minute-taking, and implementation of decisions.
- You make messages from the management team, projects, and successes visible within the company as well as to our partners and customers, working closely with external communication managers.
- You structure information, prepare content (e.g., email, Viva Engage, location information), and thus ensure a fast and considerate information culture – also using new media, video, and content.
- You assist in the preparation and implementation of employee and partner events – from invitation through organization to follow-up.
- You bring fresh ideas and question existing practices to prepare our management information more clearly and effectively.
What you bring
- You have completed training or have comparable professional experience – a degree is not a must; your skills and commitment are more important to us.
- Your strengths lie in communication, marketing, or management support.
- You enjoy planning communication occasions, creatively preparing content, editing, and inspiring people with clear messages.
- You are an organizational talent, have a quick grasp, and want to contribute in a dynamic environment. You handle digital tools and internal information channels confidently.
- Your very good German skills complete your profile; ideally, you complement these with English or French.
- Ideally, you can flexibly and regularly distribute your workload from Monday to Friday. The position can also be well combined with studies, allowing you to gain practical experience in communication and develop further in parallel.
